Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements to gain a detailed and aligned understanding.
Translate business requirements concerning digitalization into efficient technical requirements and scalable IT solutions within the R&D system landscape.
Process and workflow optimization: Analyze business processes and ensure workflow harmonization of target requirements across stakeholders during the concept phase.
Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or other related field.
Strong interest in driving digitalization topics, resilience and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result oriented team player who enjoys working in multicultural, performance and target oriented groups.
Proficient in tackling loosely defined problems and delivering relevant answers and impactful insights.
