Key points

  1. Participate in weekly team meetings, working closely with devops, support, and quality assurance.

  2. Monitor and manage all cloud infrastructure, including Friday evening deployments of production updates and OS patches.

  3. Support various AWS and Azure services being utilized and gain foundational expertise across primary infrastructure components.

  4. Prioritize and address tickets related to server, network, and storage issues.

  5. NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL LABOR LAWS.

  6. Proficiency in AWS and Azure services (or another Cloud Provider).

  7. Experience with containerized applications (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).

  8. Experience with observability and monitoring (Grafana, OpenSearch).
