We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Analytics to lead our data analytics function. In this role, you will drive data strategy, oversee the design and implementation of analytical models, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Lead the development and execution of the company’s analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to identify key performance metrics, business drivers, and opportunities for growth and optimization.
Design and implement scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and predictive models.
Guide a team of analysts, to deliver high-impact analytics projects.
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or customer analytics.
Strong business acumen and the ability to link analytics to strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
