  3. Motivate, energise, and influence the BU (Business Unit) management team to implement fresh, leading-edge EHS programs, initiatives, and activities effectively.

  4. Lead the EHS Risk Assessment program in BU and ensure all elements of facility, equipment, tasks, ergonomics, and chemicals are appropriately risk assessed.

  5. Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Science/Engineering, Environmental Science or similar.

  6. Demonstrated knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

  7. Experience in the implementation and management of IS0 14001 and 45001 certified systems.

  8. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
