Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling.

Strong understanding of cost and profitability analysis, including EBIT, NPV, and PBP.

Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Power BI.

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable solutions, is an advantage.
