As the founding Engagement Manager for Kuwait, you will be responsible for establishing deep customer and prospect relationships, proactively identifying opportunities where Scale can build custom AI applications to improve lives for citizens and residents…

Key points

  1. Drive the process of identifying high-value use cases for custom LLMs that Scale can build within government entities.

  2. Partner with clients to understand their most pressing problems and brainstorm how Scale can best help.

  3. Manage the long-term health of clients by identifying and preempting areas of risk or concern.

  4. Be the main point-of-contact for clients if they have any questions, issues, or concerns and triage accordingly.

  5. Experience at a consulting firm or a leading tech company, ideally within Kuwait.

  6. A proven track record in B2B client facing roles and expanding client relationships.

  7. Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle and build great relationships with technical customers.

  8. Great cross-functional experience and collaborative ability.
