[EU] Junior MiFID Operations Specialist

Periodic review of customer classification (retail customer/professional customer/eligible counterparty), including performance of several MiFID related measures: MiFID Appropriateness test and the MIfID Acadamy Quiz.t.

Serve as the back office point of contact for MiFID related operational topics of the Bybit EU Platform.

Liaise with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance and Customer Support to facilitate timely and coordinated case handling of MiFID related topics.

Monitoring of timely and proper EMIR transaction reporting.

Completed commercial or technical school education with a technical affinity.

Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Apple OS and preferably Lark.

SQL and database experience are an advantage (MS SQL Server, Oracle DB).

Basic understanding of MiFID II and its implementation in Austria, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
