Finance & Accounting Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil team and take ownership of core day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, and tax-compliance operations.

Key points

  1. Accounting & Month-End Close.

  2. Prepare monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and recurring accounting schedules.

  3. Prepare and review intercompany journal entries and reconcile intercompany balances with affiliates to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  4. Maintain close checklists and supporting documentation in FloQast and NetSuite, meeting group reporting deadlines.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CRC registration is a plus).

  6. Solid knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP/CPC. Familiarity with tax is a plus.

  7. Hands-on experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and AP processes.

  8. Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the discipline to document your work.
