As an engineer on the Design Systems pod, you will turn Stripe’s visual direction into reusable, production-ready capabilities.

  2. We create the components, patterns, tools, and guidance that help WPP teams deliver expressive, consistent, and high-quality web experiences at scale.

  3. We work across design and engineering to keep design intent, production code, and real-world usage aligned as the system evolves.

  4. You’ll shape components from early design through implementation, testing, documentation, adoption, and ongoing iteration.

  5. We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

  6. Experience building and maintaining a production design system or shared component library, including evolving it through real-world use.

  7. Proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience taking interactive, responsive work from design through production.
