Job Overview

You will take hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day securities filings, periodic reporting, and ongoing listing compliance and corporate governance obligations of the parent company and its listed subsidiaries.

Key points

  1. Ongoing Disclosure & Regulatory Filings.

  2. Prepare and submit routine HKEX filings and announcements, including next day disclosure returns and monthly returns.

  3. Handle disclosure of interests filings under Part XV of the SFO for the group and its listed subsidiaries.

  4. Prepare U.S. beneficial ownership reports (Schedules 13D/13G) and Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5).

  5. Qualified lawyer admitted in Hong Kong or a U.S. jurisdiction.

  6. Solid working knowledge of the HKEX Listing Rules is essential.

  7. Genuine interest in building deep expertise across both the HK and U.S. regulatory regimes within a multi-listed structure.

  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible and approachable manner.
