Job Overview

You will serve as a trusted representative of the company in government and regulatory forums, shape our policy positions, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure our regulatory strategy keeps pace with an evolving global landscape.

Key points

  1. Develop and execute a global government relations strategy aligned to the company's business objectives and expansion priorities.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, legislative bodies, and industry associations across key jurisdictions.

  3. Monitor, analyse, and interpret regulatory and legislative developments (including MiCA, DORA, FSMA and equivalent frameworks) and translate their implications for internal stakeholders.

  4. Represent the company in regulatory consultations, policy roundtables, and industry working groups.

  5. Deep understanding of the global crypto and digital assets regulatory landscape.

  6. Existing relationships with regulators or government officials in EEA and UK.

  7. Experience engaging directly with regulators — whether from industry, government, or a regulatory body itself.

  8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex regulatory concepts for non-technical audiences.
