To execute strategic sourcing and end-to-end purchasing for assigned commodities, delivering competitive cost, supplier capacity, quality and delivery performance while supporting new product development, process improvement and global sourcing collaboration.

  2. Work closely with Purchasing colleagues in Germany and Brazil to identify and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.

  3. Conduct market research and cost benchmarking.

  4. Select suppliers and award business.

  5. Lead yearly price negotiations using cost benchmarking insights.

  6. English, Kannada and Hindi.

  7. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing or supplier management. Preferred industry experience: tool manufacturing and hydraulic industries.

  8. Essential Qualification: BE Mechanical.
