Key points

  1. The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy, business objectives, requirements from customers.

  2. Plan, implement & continually develop a manufacturing value addition flow with resources e.g. space, MAE, testing, handling, etc., capable of consistently manufacturing, measuring…

  3. Budget Planning & Cost Management: Estimate & propose budgets for the upcoming planning periods.

  4. Required to run operations, fulfil demands and execute development projects e.g., personnel, tooling, services, MAE, Project costs, etc.

  5. Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Production Engineering or IE).

  6. Post Graduate Master's in Business Administration / M.Tech (Desirable).

  7. Certification in Quality Management, Statistical tools,Operations management, Data Analytics, Agile.

  8. Know how of Precision component Manufacturing Process, Driving of Internal rejection reduction, IDC reduction strategy projects (as a Main responsibility).
