India Tax Accountant

Job Overview

Adyen is looking for a Tax Accountant - India to join Group Finance in Amsterdam. As a Tax Accountant, you will be primarily focussed on ensuring accurate GL accounting of indirect taxes.

Key points

  1. Ensuring adherence to accounting and taxation standards and policies.

  2. Collaborating with Financial Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Tax teams, maintaining and owning the general tax ledgers…

  3. Create validation logic within our systems to identify and solve errors before they reach the General Ledger (GL), reducing the need for manual checks.

  4. Manage the Tooling: work within our tax reporting tools to ensure data flows correctly from our ERP (GL data) and maintains high quality.

  5. Varying experience in tax accounting.

  6. Experience with systems such as Workday is a plus.

  7. You have experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams.

  8. You are detail-oriented, with an analytical and automation mindset.
