Integration Manager – People Tech (Bangkok Based, relocation provided) [SHP]

Job Overview

We are looking for a People Technology Manager (Integrations) to drive projects and implement solutions at scale to simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize business processes.

Key points

  1. Lead a team of SMEs to drive People Technology integration projects.

  2. Own and lead Agoda’s payroll integration roadmap, shaping how core HR and payroll systems work together across countries and products.

  3. Strategize Agoda’s Workday integration roadmap by scaling solutions, driving continuous improvements, and assessing platform readiness.

  4. Lead integration design strategy using Workday and other tools, integrating with platforms such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, Oracle…

  5. Experience managing and leading a team.

  6. Proven track record leading technical implementations for payroll integration rollouts, specifically using PECI.

  7. Strong expertise with Workday integration and reporting tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and REST/SOAP API-based integrations.

  8. Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM and other key functional/technical areas, such as Business Processes, Security, and system configuration.
