Investigation Analyst, Geofencing (12 months contract)

Investigate geofencing alerts and abnormal login behavior to uncover potential risks.

Analyze case details, IP data, and account activity to determine risk levels.

Review cases, send Requests for Information (RFIs), and follow up with users as needed.

Make well-supported block/unblock decisions in line with internal SOPs.

Sharp analytical mindset, investigative instincts, and strong attention to detail.

Sound judgment, with the ability to piece together cases from multiple data sources.

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Comfort handling high case volumes in a fast-moving environment.
