  1. Lead development and execution of Japan asset strategy for individual asset programs which contribute to sustainable, successful growth of AbbVie.

  2. Be accountable for assigned assets in Japan through asset life cycle to key stakeholders/management.

  3. Maximize performance of Japan Asset Strategy Team (JAST) with leading and driving planning & execution of Japan asset strategy.

  4. Foster innovation/enterprise mindset in JAST.

  5. Develop and drive an integrated Japan asset strategy for value maximization.

  6. Create the most competitive asset strategy based on medical needs, regulatory requirements, commercial needs, market access/pricing, and LOE maximization.
