KYB Analyst - 1 year contractor

Conduct Second Line of Defence compliance reviews for new and existing corporate customers, including onboarding, periodic review, trigger review, and remediation cases.

Assess corporate structures, ownership and control, and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and authorized persons.

Review and validate corporate documentation, including certificates of incorporation, registers, constitutional documents, proof of address, and other supporting evidence.

Assess sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and other screening checks on entities and related parties.

Strong understanding of corporate due diligence, beneficial ownership, and customer risk assessment.

ACAMs or ICA preferred, not mandatory.

Familiarity with sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening processes.

Ability to review and interpret corporate documents across different jurisdictions.
