In this role, you will serve as the operational bridge connecting financial strategy with global execution. You will coordinate the end-to-end transformation in Order-to-Cash (OTC) by embedding AI automation, predictive risk engines, and standardized operations into our daily financial reporting cadence.
Standardize and accelerate the project timeline, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and pushing the projects to closures.
Document and maintain formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all AR workflows, establishing and designing strict human-in-the-loop validation steps to safeguard financial controls.
E2E AI Transformation: Act as the operational lead for implementing agentic and non-agentic automation.
Partner with technical teams to deploy the Predictive Account Risk Engine, utilizing billing and consumption telemetry to automatically prioritize collections outreach.
This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Preferred: experience implementing financial process improvements, such as robotic process automation (RPA), auto-match logic, or OCR/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Preferred: familiarity with corporate compliance guardrails for utilizing Generative AI (e.g., Enterprise Gemini, Claude, etc.) in financial workflows, including data security protocols (PII/MNPI masking).
