Define and govern design tokens, theming, and accessibility standards across the design system.

Production-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS. You can write code that ships, but you can also whip up a quick experiment or demo.

Deep Figma fluency: component architecture, variables, auto-layout, Dev Mode. The whole thing.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a product company.

Strong command of motion, micro-interactions, and visual polish. You notice things others miss and know how to add delight to experiences.
