Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving. Experience with designing AI products is a must-have.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Manages project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Good understanding of design systems, UI libraries, and knowledge of how to build with these.
