Lead product manager (UK)

Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across areas that span multiple squads and surfaces.

Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the VP of Product and product leadership, translating company-level goals into clear, sequenced, ambitious bets.

Spend time with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs, validate problem-solution fit, and champion the customer voice in every decision.

Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and build the right things in the right order…

Align cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership, communicating strategy and tradeoffs with crisp, audience-appropriate narrative.

Preferred: experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems.

Preferred: background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.

Preferred: familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and the operational considerations of deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments.
