Job Overview

The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and reports to the Strategy and Operations Manager.

Key points

  1. Work closely with regional leadership to define strategic priorities for the markets.

  2. Lead strategic projects end-to-end — from framing and planning through governance, execution, and review.

  3. Prioritize and plan projects, then set and drive KPIs to completion.

  4. Own operational execution and process streamlining.

  5. Strong project-structuring skills — turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, workstreams, and milestones.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data.

  7. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  8. Working knowledge of SQL and a data visualization tool (Tableau, Superset, or Metabase).
