Job Overview

The Global Legal team provides legal advice and guidance to OKX and its affiliated entities across all coverage areas and geographic locations, and supports business growth by working with all teams within the company to help them achieve their goals.

Key points

  1. Review and respond to subpoenas, Section 1782 applications, garnishments, and court orders including TROs, preliminary injunctions and receivership orders served on OKX.

  2. Negotiate scope with issuing parties and directly interface with opposing counsel, object or move to quash where appropriate…

  3. Address competing or conflicting orders from multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with OKX’s international legal process team and global litigation team.

  4. Government and law enforcement requests.

  5. JD and admission in good standing in at least one US state.

  6. Candidate may be based in New York or the San Francisco Bay Area.

  7. Working knowledge of federal and state civil procedure, including subpoena and motion practice.

  8. Sound judgment and the ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive matters.
