Proven track record of executing complex technical implementations and scaling global legal enablement, knowledge management, and intake systems.
Hands-on experience administering and integrating enterprise legal technologies, including CLM systems, e-signature tools, CRM platforms, and workflow automation engines.
Deep familiarity and hands-on technical proficiency with AI tools, prompt engineering, playbook configuration, and metadata extraction (e.g., Wordsmith, Ask Legal, NotebookLM, Claude, Google Workspace/Gemini).
Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and building KPI dashboards to measure operational impact.
