Job Overview

The Manager – Accounts will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, month-end close, statutory and group audits, treasury operations, and providing finance support for corporate restructuring… The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.

Key points

  1. Financial Accounting & Month-End Close.

  2. Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  3. Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.

  4. Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and Group accounting policies.

  5. Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.

  6. Experience in Big-4, technology or fintech.

  7. ERP experience (Oracle preferred).

  8. Experience in multi-entity / group structures.
