Manager- Fulfilment & Experience

Job Overview

As a Manager- F&E, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation.

Key points

  1. Design programs to improve experience metrics, driving improvement in NPS or relevant operational metrics.

  2. Own a key part of user experience for one or more of marketplace participants - our entrepreneurs, their customers, or our suppliers.

  3. Participate in building strategy as an advocate for better user experience from the vantage point the programs you own.

  4. Influence product development choices using data and insights which originate from in-depth knowledge of your program.

  5. Experience in Fulfillment, 3PL Logistics and the entire supply chain process, and experience in similar tech startups preferred.

  6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  7. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex projects.

  8. Data driven and inquisitive approach.
