Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded legal professional to join our Legal Team as Manager - Legal. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as both a legal advisor and a business enabler.

Key points

  1. Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations…

  2. Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/technology, and strategic partnership contracts.

  3. Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed…

  4. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

  5. Experience in a reputed law firm and/or in-house role with exposure to corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance.

  6. Experience handling cross-border contracts and complex commercial negotiations.

  7. Possess an analytical and strategic minds.

  8. Qualified LLB with 5-7 years of PQE.
