Job Overview

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.

Key points

  1. Evolve our platform primitives and APIs — auth, automatic refreshes, triggers, tool search, tool planning, orchestrating and managing sandboxes.

  2. Manage multiple runtimes for code execution across lambdas and firecracker.

  3. Performance optimization — tracing, CPU/heap profiling, optimizing db queries, optimizing temporal workflows.

  4. Work closely with product engineering teams and customers to win their workloads, improving the product in the process.

  5. If you are very good, nothing is a must per-se.

  6. You've worked extensively in scaling backend distributed systems.

  7. You know how to maintain reliable systems while shipping fast.

  8. You are able to hold many different parts of the platform in mind at once.
