Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Part-Time Driver Operations Associate (Onboarding) to support the Driver Onboarding team with day-to-day operational activities.

Key points

  1. Proactively reach out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls to assist with enquiries and support the onboarding process.

  2. Provide guidance to Driver Partners on onboarding requirements, processes, and documentation.

  3. Verify submitted documents and maintain accurate Driver Partner records in internal systems.

  4. Energetic, driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

  6. Comfortable engaging with people over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
