Key points

  1. Daily Operations & Tier-2 Support.

  2. Support daily operational routines and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  3. Act as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing teams.

  4. Track, follow up, and coordinate issue resolution across relevant teams until closure.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.

  6. Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

  7. Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

  8. Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
