Key points

  1. Lifecycle & Data Guardian: Own the integrity of employee data throughout the entire lifecycle within Workday, ensuring absolute accuracy.

  2. Risk & Compliance Lead: Act as the primary gatekeeper for global compliance by managing and executing robust background verification (BGC) processes.

  3. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and external vendors to streamline workflows.

  4. Execute complex global data changes (transfers, promotions, comp updates, terminations) and manage mass uploads using Workday EIBs.

  5. Hands-on proficiency with Workday Core HCM (including EIB execution) and ServiceNow (SNOW).

  6. Proven track record of managing high-volume, global background verification processes and vendor relations.

  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data privacy capabilities (GDPR/CCPA awareness is a huge plus).

  8. Supporting PST shift and collaborating closely with US counterparts.
