In this role, you'll help lead the Interviews product - an AI-native, pair-programming interview experience that gives interviewers the ability to collaborate with candidates on real-world problems and code repos.
Own the roadmap for how HackerRank Interviews evaluates AI-assisted development including richer ADE harnesses, Chakra Assist, and session observation capabilities.
Define how the platform captures and surfaces signals on how candidates prompt, review and apply AI-generated work, so interviewers get clearer, structured evidence.
Drive the reporting and integration strategy across in-product reporting, exports, APIs and MCP.
Engage directly with engineering customers and users including senior engineering leadership as the primary audience for this product, translating their needs into roadmap decisions.
Comfortable being the technical/product voice in a room full of engineers, including stakeholders like senior engineering leadership.
Able to stay composed and sound under sudden high-visibility pressure for example, a CTO persona dropping into a live customer channel.
A strategic thinker who can evaluate complex challenges, prioritise effectively, and balance short-term progress with long-term success.
Deeply passionate about AI using it as a reflex across your own workflows, not just in the product you build.
