Process Expert Indirect Material I2P

Job Overview

Take ownership of and support the analysis, mapping, and optimization of processes across various areas of indirect material—ranging from material master data creation to procurement and warehousing

Key points

  1. Assist with S/4 HANA implementation and 3rd-party solutions, supporting I2P Process Experts and interdisciplinary teams during international rollouts.

  2. Provide support for queries and issues related to Indirect Material I2P in SAP R/3, S/4 HANA, and associated systems.

  3. Derive business requirements and assist with regression testing, among other operational tasks.

  4. Conduct training sessions for Key Users within PT on the usage of new systems and corresponding processes.

  5. Completed university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) or a comparable qualification.

  6. Proven experience in process management, process mapping/modeling, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  7. Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, supply chain, and logistics/manufacturing processes.

  8. Practical experience with SAP ERP (SAP R/3, S/4HANA) processes and master data concepts (SAP Material Master).
