We're looking for a technically-minded product designer who is excited to shape how design, code, and AI-powered workflows come together at Figma. In this role, you'll improve how Figma understands production code and design systems, design workflows that move from design to code and back again, and extend Figma's agentic capabilities into developer tools and the places teams already work.

Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX writing, data science, and research peers.
Strong visual craft and attention to detail across composition, typography, layout, interaction design, and prototyping.
Proven ability to independently drive end-to-end design processes from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Ability to guide decision-making through structured thinking, clear design rationale, and user-centered research.
