Job Overview

The Payments team is looking for Product Managers to create high impact and critical business products. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Paytm's International Expansion charter.

Key points

  1. Own the end-to-end product roadmap for international payments: merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, reconciliation, merchant experience.

  2. Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, the card switch, settlement banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open banking aggregators.

  3. Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, merchant features that meet the regulatory requirements of each market.

  4. Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.

  5. Prior experience in merchant payments and global fintech environments.

  6. Exposure to launching new products in a new market is a strong advantage.

  7. Strong execution focus with the ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.

  8. 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
