Own the consistency and reliability of shared platform foundations — the design system and components, public APIs…
Partner with engineering leads on architecture-level tradeoffs: reliability and performance at scale, and what belongs in the platform versus what individual product teams own.
Direct experience with identity, access management, enterprise administration, or security-adjacent product work.
Systems thinker who understands how platform-layer decisions ripple across products, user journeys, and engineering teams.
A track record of driving alignment and delivering outcomes across engineering, security, and GTM functions without relying on formal authority.
Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments with long or indirect ROI.
