The Coordinator develops working expertise in the processes and stakeholders involved, recognizes when issues require escalation, and continuously improves how this work is handled.

You will report to Director Product Management.

Coordinate governance, risk, security, and readiness assessments from intake through completion.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.

Strong judgment to resolve operational issues and escalate when specialized expertise is needed.

Ability to build collaborative relationships across technical, business, and risk-focused teams.

Comfortable learning and using approved AI-enabled tools and workflows responsibly.
