QA Engineer, Salesforce

Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for various IS applications.

Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations.

Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms.

Identify defects and areas of improvement in existing IS tools and workflows.

Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results.

This is a hands-on role focusing on the quality assurance of critical internal systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and other enterprise tools.
