Identify operational pain points, user needs, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and use cases that warrant assessment.

Plan and facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops that clarify current processes, business rules, constraints, desired outcomes, and affected users.

Analyze incomplete or conflicting inputs, identify gaps and assumptions, and turn them into a clear problem statement and agreed scope.

Produce fit-for-purpose analysis artifacts such as process maps, user journeys, functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records.

Trace requirements from the original business need through design, delivery, validation, and release, keeping changes and open questions visible.
