Turn customer goals into a scoped project with measurable success criteria, sizing and a timeline.

Design a target architecture and prove it against the customer's own data: schema and engine design, capacity and sizing, proofs of concept.

Do the build: implementation, pipelines and integrations, migration execution, tooling and automation.

Measure it before it matters, with benchmarking, load and functional testing, then support the cutover.

Real depth in databases, whether analytical, transactional or relational.

Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself.

You've owned implementations, migrations or POCs for external customers from start to finish.

Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure).
