We are seeking a strategic and professional Senior Executive - HRBP to join our organization in Noida, India. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key points

  1. Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand organizational needs and develop customized HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.

  2. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management guidance, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

  3. Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development programs to build organizational capability and retain top talent.

  4. Design and implement organizational development programs, change management initiatives, and training interventions to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

  5. Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management.

  6. Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), HR analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.

  7. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organizational levels.

  8. Proficiency in customizing HR solutions to meet organizational needs while maintaining policy consistency.
