  1. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects and integrating AI/ML capabilities to optimize business processes.

  2. They will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing, and developing advanced RPA workflows, mentoring junior developers, and driving automation initiatives.

  3. Lead the analysis of complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

  4. Design and develop advanced RPA solutions using various RPA tools, such as Power platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere(Preferred).

  5. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  6. Proficient in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360).

  7. Strong knowledge of RPA development tools like bots, Task Bots, MetaBot, IQ Bots / Document automation and Gen AI capabilities.

  8. Having good understanding about AI/ML algorithms and integrating them with RPA workflows.
