You will be a trusted advisor to senior management, lead complex legal projects, and ensure that Experian operates in compliance with national and international laws.

Key points

  1. The Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) provides strategic legal advice and leadership to Experian in all legal matters.

  2. We ask that you have expertise in international business law, contract law, data protection law, and experience managing high-stakes legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

  3. You will report to Legal and Compliance Director in Germany.

  4. This is a hybrid position.

  5. Completed university degree in law (state examination) and license as a qualified lawyer; additional qualifications in international business law or compliance are a advantage.

  6. Knowledge of German and international commercial law, including contract law, data protection law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

  7. Manage complex projects and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.

  8. Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
