We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Finance professional to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of FamPay's financial operations and strategy — you'll work closely with the founding team and business heads to drive financial rigour, build scalable processes, and support critical business decisions.
CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Curiosity-driven and tech-forward — actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to speed up analysis, reporting, and research.
Strong command of financial modelling, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations (GST/TDS), and compliance.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
Excellent stakeholder management — you're comfortable presenting to business leaders and cross-functional heads.
