You will lead policy development in the anti-discrimination and safety space, addressing real-world harms and ensuring every host and guest is treated fairly.

You are a seasoned policy leader who loves solving complex problems and collaborating cross-functionally.

You have deep expertise in the anti-discrimination space and a track record in safety policies addressing real-world harms.

You are an excellent communicator with exceptional writing skills.

You are an adept presenter with experience engaging with all levels of leadership, including senior executives.
