Strong ability to translate complex regulatory or legal requirements into clear processes, data structures, ownership models, and actionable reporting.

A high-ownership, systematic approach to problem-solving, with strong written communication and corporate drafting skills.

Proven ability to influence and coordinate regional and cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization without relying solely on formal authority.

Experience improving operational processes and implementing practical tooling, workflows, or reporting solutions in a fast-growing environment.
