Senior Product Manager - Core Experience

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, connecting technical investments to listener needs and Spotify's broader goals.

Partner with engineering teams to explore technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide decisions that improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.

Develop shared platform capabilities that help teams build consistent, high-quality experiences across Spotify.

Improve the adoption and long-term value of platform capabilities by gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and supporting teams that use them.

You understand client and backend technologies and can work with engineers to connect technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.

You're familiar with mobile development for iOS or Android, including areas such as app performance, reliability, user interface architecture, instrumentation, or design systems.

You have experience guiding products or platforms beyond launch, improving adoption, managing technical debt, and supporting systems as needs evolve.

You can evaluate technical trade-offs and make thoughtful decisions about when to improve existing systems, simplify solutions, or invest in new capabilities.
