Senior Recruitment Manager

Job Overview

This role is based out of our Sao Paolo office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.

Key points

  1. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters. Multiply knowledge and experience within the Global Recruitment Leadership Team as the Senior Recruitment Manager.

  2. Partner with top leaders across the Tech and Commercial functions to create and drive a Talent Acquisition strategy that ensures high quality candidate assessments…

  3. Lead global and local Recruiting projects on data usage, process improvements, DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience to constantly improve the Recruitment function.

  4. Use people data and insights to identify trends, spot challenges, and recommend data-driven improvements.

  5. Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate attraction in the competitive market.

  6. Proven experience in leading (global) Recruiting projects, change management and global collaboration.

  7. Proven experience with creating and driving Recruiting strategies.

  8. Trusted advisor who builds strong relationships and thrives in an evolving, unstructured environment.
