Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, Brazil

Job Overview

Build and mature Airwallex’s regulatory compliance programme in Brazil, turning local regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures, controls and processes that can scale with the business. You'll lead compliance, enterprise risk, and regulatory engagement in a way that protects the business while letting it move with conviction.

  2. Strong knowledge of Brazilian financial services and payments regulations, including experience working with the Central Bank of Brazil.

  3. Experience building or managing compliance programmes, including policies, procedures, reporting and controls.

  4. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and other teams to assess regulatory requirements and ensure compliant products and processes.

  5. Strong understanding of licensing, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and regulatory change management, with the ability to turn requirements into practical actions.

  6. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with a hands-on approach and the right to work in Brazil.

  7. A hands-on, execution-focused approach, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple regulatory priorities.
